Yes. Maya (the owner and host) resides in a completely separate, independently fenced-off home (House B) located 200 feet at the back of the property. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the main vacation home (House A) and the surrounding 20,000 square feet of gardens. Maya provides a brief, warm greeting upon arrival, after which complete guest privacy is strictly respected.

Because we require ample time to meticulously prepare the historic home for arriving guests, unauthorized late checkouts incur a $150 fee. Early luggage drop-off can be arranged prior to your arrival day upon request.

We are located in a peaceful, historic residential neighborhood. Official quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Because sound carries easily from the garden jacuzzi, all outdoor path and spa lights turn off automatically at 10:00 PM. Host noise interventions carry a $100–$250 fee, and a $500 fine applies if local authorities are called to quiet the property. Parties and amplified outdoor music are strictly prohibited.

We provide a complimentary "Welcome Fridge" service so you can skip the immediate grocery run. Your refrigerator is pre-stocked with fresh milk, organic eggs, butter, artisanal sourdough bread, and local coffee beans. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited indoors. Any detection of tobacco or cannabis smoke inside the home will result in a $250 remediation fee.

• Standard Stays: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival receive a partial refund, excluding the first night.

• Long-Term Stays (28+ days): Fully refundable up to 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 28 days of the stay are non-refundable. All bookings are subject to a 14.00% Transient Occupancy Tax.
