- Quiet Hours: Official quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor path, deck, and spa lights turn off automatically at 10:00 PM. Host noise interventions incur a $100–$250 fee; police calls result in a $500 fine.
- Capacity & Parties: Strict county no-parties rule. Maximum of 8 people allowed on the property at any time.
- Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs allowed (must be 2+ years old). Cleanup or garden digging damages incur a $100 fee.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors ($250 fee).
- Cancellations & Taxes: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if made 14+ days before check-in. Subject to a 14.00% Transient Occupancy Tax.
