Directions

From the airport: Take the 101 south to the Las Positas exit. Take a left onto Las Positas. Go right onto State St. Go left onto Alamar. Right onto Puesta del Sol. The house and parking is on the left side of the street. Look for long driveway after you see a large concrete parking area and a vine covered wall surrounding a telephone pole. You are staying in house “A”. Park in the driveway to unload your luggage, then park in the designated parking area at the front of the property.

 The house manual is on the desk in the sunroom. Please check that for details. 1. This is a quiet neighborhood that is very sensitive to noise after 10pm. There is a $100 fee, If I have to come and tell you to take it inside and quiet down. The official quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. 2. If the police are called to quiet the party, there is a $500 disturbing the peace fee. 3. Smoking is NOT permitted outside. There is a $250 fee for smoking. 4. If you want to bring a dog, it must be at least 2 years old and very well behaved. Your pet can run free behind the locked gate, but I ask that you clean up after them. There is a $100 fee if I have to clean up after your dog. There is also a $100 fee if your dog digs in the garden and an obvious hole is left or plants are destroyed.

Checkout instructions 

Gather used towels: Please put used towels and bathrobes in a pile in the bathroom floor.

Throw trash away: Please empty recycling in the blue bin without the bag in which it’s contained. Toss the bag in the brown trash bin.
