The House

  • Eight-person jacuzzi will be installed in May 2022!
  • The entire property has a mesh ethernet system that provides up to 1 gig mbps on a computer and 400 Mbps on the phone in the house and throughout the gardens. If you need to work, you can do it inside or out.
  • For your security, a Ring doorbell and camera are located at the laundry room door, the side gate to the patio, and the deck of one of the bedrooms that face the street. Security cameras also monitor the parking area and the driveway.
  • To enhance your relaxation, I can arrange a massage with a skilled professional massage therapist.

Loved this place! Super fun and interesting house with an amazing garden + hot tub and so close to everything in Santa Barbara. couldn't recommend it enough!
